Mint Condition is located at: 1010 Executive Drive, Suite 50 in the Executive Place III office complex.  We are one block west of Route 83 and north of Ogden Avenue. 

Enter the parking lot from Pasquinelli Drive using the entrance just north       of the large red & white "Executive Place III" sign.  1010 Executive Drive is  the building towards the back of the lot.  Turn left in front of the building.  The 2nd entrance on your right (past the loading dock) is Suite 50.
